Free 12-Week Course:
Finding Refuge in Christ – A Free Biblical Course for cPTSD Healing

A Guided, Self-Paced Pathway Through the Course
This course is designed to be self-paced, gentle, and flexible, recognising that those living with the effects of complex trauma need safety, clarity, and freedom rather than pressure.
There are no live sessions you are required to attend, no deadlines to meet, and no expectation to keep up with others. You may move through the course at a pace that is right for you. Some may choose to work through one section each week, others may take longer, pausing when needed and returning when strength allows. Both approaches are entirely appropriate.
Each part of the course is provided as downloadable material, which you are free to keep. This means you can revisit the teaching, Scriptures, and exercises as often as you need, without fear of losing access or falling behind. Many people find reassurance in knowing they can return to the same material again and again as understanding deepens and healing unfolds gradually.
Alongside the written course content, audio recordings are being added to accompany each section. These recordings reflect the pastoral teaching that was originally shared verbally when the course was first run. They are intended to bring warmth, clarity, and reassurance, especially for those who find listening easier than reading at certain times.
Because these recordings are being uploaded gradually, early access to the course may mean that some audio elements appear week by week rather than all at once. This does not prevent you from beginning the course. You may start with the written material immediately and return to the audio reflections as they become available, using whatever combination feels most supportive to you.
You are not expected to share personal details, speak publicly, or disclose anything you are not comfortable with. Engagement with the course is private and personal.
Where questions arise, a simple and gentle way to ask them will be available, with clear boundaries around response times so that support is offered without creating pressure or dependency.
Above all, this course is not about performance or completion. It is about walking slowly with Christ, learning to rest in Him, and allowing truth to be applied carefully to wounded places over time. You are encouraged to listen to your body, your limits, and your circumstances, and to take longer where longer is needed.
