Do you wish someone would take the time to really listen? Do you feel lost and alone? Perhaps events in your life have sent you into a spin. Whatever your circumstances, whatever your trials, as a qualified counsellor, I’m ready to listen...
Hello, I'm Caroline Kent. I counsel people in the Hadleigh, Ipswich and Colchester areas (or online via Skype) and help them use their experiences to build a brighter future. In today’s busy world life is never simple and often very hard to cope with. It can also be very difficult to find someone to hear what you need to say. Loved ones, friends and relatives can be a great help but sometimes you just don’t want to burden them. Sometimes the people closest to us can be part of the problem.
It can be helpful to talk things through with someone who is set apart from the situations you face.
It can be daunting to think about seeing a counsellor so your first appointment with me is free. This enables us both to consider if we can work together before you have made any financial outlay!
Caroline works face-to-face with individuals, couples and children in her counselling room in Hadleigh, near Ipswich in Suffolk. She is also available for counselling via Skype Video.
Qualified Counsellor & member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy & the Association of Christian Counsellors, Caroline also has an honours degree in Theology & Religious Studies & is a qualified and experienced teacher and tutor.
