While you are waiting
If you are already on the waiting list, or if you have just joined it, you are welcome to complete the waiting-list support questionnaire. This helps me understand the main areas where you are struggling and, where appropriate, offer some interim biblical guidance while you wait.
Waiting for help can feel very hard, especially when we are anxious, weary, grieving, ashamed, confused, or overwhelmed. The questionnaire is designed to help me understand your situation more clearly, so that I can point you to suitable Scripture, wise first steps, and, where possible, some written guidance while you wait.
Please note:
this questionnaire is not a medical diagnostic tool and does not replace counselling, medical care, safeguarding support, or emergency help. If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to keep yourself safe, have taken an overdose, are seriously injured, or believe someone else is at risk of harm, please call 999, go to A&E, contact your GP urgently, or use NHS 111 mental health support.
The form asks about your current struggles, spiritual concerns, support network, safety, and the kind of guidance that may be most helpful. Your answers will be treated carefully and confidentially, except where there is serious concern about safety or safeguarding.
This questionnaire is best completed after joining the waiting list, but you may also use it if you are already waiting for an appointment.
